I was pleasantly surprised by the unique design of the spacious room at Hotel Gresi. The bathroom was fantastic and the high ceilings added to the overall charm. The best part of my stay was the friendly staff who made me feel like part of the family. The manager greeted me with a comforting smile every morning at breakfast.

Unfriendly staff - except the reception-man during the night. The room was very dark and had a bad smell.

Recently renovated and well-maintained hotel, we really enjoyed it.
All the services were excellent! The hotel had an excellent location quite a walk from Anfiteatro Romano. You could walk to a market and shops.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the bustling street lined with shops and restaurants. Secondly, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. They have everything you need, including a queen bed, air conditioning, and even paintings on the ceilings, which adds a touch of charm. Lastly, it's great that breakfast is included in the price. Starting the day with a delicious meal is always a plus.
Everything was fine, no major issues.

This hotel is located in a central location, making it easy to explore the city with nearby eateries and close to public transportation. the rooms are clean, tidy and air-conditioned. the continental breakfast is included, although it is simple. the hotel has ornate ceilings, adding to its charm.
The hotel staff struggles with English and there are issues with the beds being uncomfortable or consisting of two smaller ones in a queen bed frame.
